Spaghetti butter and sage

Ingredients 350 g spaghetti
80 g butter
5 leaves of sage
2 spoons of Parmigiano Reggiano cheese (shaved)
Description Put in a pan butter with sage, and melt until it is brown. Bring a large pot of water, add salt (10 g for 1 liter of water) and wait untile it's boiling.
Add spaghetti. Drain spaghetti after 7-8 minutes of boiling, mix with the sauce, add Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, mix again and serve at once.
Additional Note A simple ad cheap receipe for a good first course, ready in a few minutes.
