Spaghetti omelette

Ingredients one dish of spaghetti al pomodoro (remained)
6 eggs
some parsley
1 spoon of capers
1 extra virgin olive oil spoons
salt and pepper to taste
2 spoons of Parmigiano Reggiano cheese (shaved)
Description Whisk 6 eggs in a terrine with salt and pepper; add some minced parsley and 1 spoon of minced capers. Add one plate of left spaghetti al pomodoro (see receipe) and 2 spoons of shaved Parmigiano reggiano .
Cook the omelette in a pan with 1 spoon ofhot extra virgin olive oil.
Additional Note A spicy receipe to use some remained-from-yesterday spaghetti dish.
