Spaghetti alla carbonara

Ingredients 320 g spaghetti
150 g of cubed bacon
2 spoons of extra virgin olive oil
2 eggs
30 g of shaved Parmigiano Reggiano
30 g of shaved Pecorino
pepper and salt to taste
Description Brown cubed bacon in 2 spoons of extra virgin olive oil. Aside from it, whisk 2 eggs and mix with salt and a lot of pepper. Bring a large pot of water, add salt (10 g for 1 liter of water)and wait untile it's boiling. Add spaghetti. Drain spaghetti after 7-8 minutes of boiling, pour them in the pan (far from fire), add 30 g of Parmigiano reggiano cheese and 30 g of Pecorino cheese shaved, eggs and mix. Serve at once.
For 4 persons.
Additional Note If you don't find Pecorino cheese, you can also prepare the recipe by using only Parmigiano reggiano cheese.
