Spaghetti with garlic, oil and hot peppers

320 g spaghetti
2 big garlic cloves
2-3 hot peppers
extra-virgin oil
salt to taste |

Description |
Take the skin of garlic cloves off, slice them; cut into small pieces hot peppers.
Put extra.virgin olive oil into a pan, heat up and add garlic and hot pepper, turn down the fire.
While the sauce is cooking, bring a large pot of water, add salt (10 g for 1 liter of water)and wait until boiling. Add spaghetti. Drain spaghetti after 7-8 minutes of boiling, mix them with the sauce and serve at once.

This is a typical italian receipe, often prepared when people want something spicy to eat, but don't have much time available to cook.
For best result, warm up the terrine before pouring spaghetti. |
