Spaghetti with anchoves and parsley

Ingredients 350 g spaghetti
3 garlic cloves
some parsley
3 spoons of anchoves paste
5 extra virgin olive oil spoons
salt and pepper to taste
Description Mince garlic cloves and put it in a pan with oil, add anchoves paste, mix over light fire and add one half of minced parsley. While the sauce is cooking, bring a large pot of water, add salt (10 g for 1 liter of water)and wait untile it's boiling.
Addspaghetti. Drain spaghetti after 7-8 minutes of boiling, mix them with the sauce in the pan, add the remaining parsley and a lot of pepper. Serve at once.
Additional Note This is a very easy and fast receipe, for 4 persons, and you can prepare it in 15 minutes.
