300 g short pasta
3 big tomatoes
250 g mozzarella cheese
15 g capers
50 g olives
basil
3 anchoves |

Description |
Bring a large pot of water, add salt (10 g for 1 liter of water) and wait until it's boiling. Add short pasta.
Drain pasta after 10 minutes of boiling, add oil and let it make cold. Peel off 3 big tomatoes, dice the pulp and put in a pan with mozzarella cut in small cubes, capers, olives, basil and anchoves. Mix with pasta and add some oil. For 4 persons. |
