Classical roast (The traditional italian roast)

Ingredients 4 spooons of extra virgin oil
1 onion
2 sage leaves
1 rosemary branch
800 g turkey meat to roast
salt and pepper to taste
Description Hot the oil in a pan and add thin slices of onion. Mildly brown the onion, add sage leaves, rosematy branches adn the turkey meat. Brown the meat while turning it, then add salt and pepper and put in 180°C hot oven. Cook for 50 minutes and from time to time brush the meat with the sauce. Turn off the oven and leave the meat in there for 10 minutes. Slice the meat, wet it with the sauce and serve.
Additional Note This is a typical Sunday midday traditional receipe. You can serve it with a salad or roasted potatoes.
